Stonethrowers target Jerusalem suburb
Dozens of Palestinian stonethrowers clashed this morning with Border Police at the northern end of the Jerusalem suburb of Mevasseret Zion.
Police fired rubber bullets to disperse the rioters and detained several of the Palestinians for questioning.
There were no reports of injuries in the confrontation.
The community lies west of the capital on the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway.
